The Development Management Institute (DMI), Patna conducted a two-day Competencies Enhancement Programme (CEP) on “Personal Effectiveness for the Personnel/Officers of Bihar Secretariat Stenographer Services Cadre” on 18th and 19th January 2019. Personal secretaries represent the cutting edge of public administration in any State Secretariat. The aim of this CEP was to enhance their skills and competencies for being more efficient and productive professionals. The two-day CEP aimed to empower secretaries to become better-organized and efficient to cope with today’s evolving workplace. |
