The target audience was the Senior Project Functionaries of the SRLMs across the country like DPMs. Learning Objectives
- To introduce the participants to various concepts and models of motivation applicable to SRLMs internal and external environment.
- To link motivation and leadership development processes in shaping SRLMs growth through the current phase of expansion and programme diversification.
The program was received well and culminated on a very positive feedback from the participants who were from Bihar and Odisha. |
