Academics


Prof Aditi Thakur is an Assistant Professor at DMI. She has over 12 years of work experience, partly in the industry and partly as an academic. She teaches courses in OB and HR areas at DMI. She has contributed to several capacity-building programmes for NGOs, Government Departments etc. She has been a part of several consulting assignments, research projects and end-term evaluations viz. Impact assessment of total prohibition of liquor on the well-being of women and girls in rural Bihar, evaluation of centralized kitchen serving Mid-Day Meal (MDM) in Bihar and study on the effect of Covid-19, on the well-being of migrant workers and their families in Bihar and UP. Her areas of interest include Group Dynamics, Performance Management, and Leadership.
